Are Electronics (Mobiles, Cameras,) purchased online covered by warranty?

All Electronics sold on Ezeekart are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer. They come with minimum 1 year Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.

For Mobile Accessories, the supplied accessories inside the box have 6 months manufacturer warranty.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges (if any) for the products can be seen in the cart soon after you add the product to the Cart.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another.

Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items (i.e. except Mobiles and Cameras) via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles/Cameras) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

For orders from Mumbai and Pune, there is a 5% Octroi duy, which has to be borne by the Customer in addition to the price mentioned in the Product items page.

For Rest of India, there are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges (Other than mentioned in the Product items page). The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 3-5 business days to reach our customers (It depending on the location). Items which are labeled as ‘Available’ may be stored in our warehouses at the time of order due to various reasons like shelf life or price fluctuations and therefore, will be procured soon after the orders are confirmed and therefore, the delivery time differs from product to product.

Does Ezeekart deliver internationally?

Ezeekart doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
